During my time at Honolulu Star-Advertiser, I was granted the opporunity to assist with the camera operation and set up for their TV (and YouTube) series, "Where Hawaii Eats." My duties included working alongside the crew in gathering b-roll footage of the restaurant's exterior/interior and the food preperation. I would also man one of the dedicated cameras for either the guest or the host, helping set up and take down the lighting setups, and later on, help proofread the episodes for the color grading, audio issues, and typos in the episodes.
