Glad to meet you, my name is Jake Camara. I was born on Yakota Air Force Base, Japan, and grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii since I was only 8 months old. Since my early childhood, I have always held a strong passion towards drawing and later on, animation. I later graudated from Bradley University with a Bachelor's of Science in Interactive Media with a concentration in Animation, in May of 2017. A Shadow in Need was my animation capstone film (or senior exit project) that I had worked on since September of 2016. The goal was to create an original animated short that would be shown to a mass audience. Going from that, I decided to create a frame by frame animation, that was digitally hand drawn from start to finish.
